Eataly, the Turin-based Italian market chain, is about to launch a mega-market in Bologna. In “Eataly is Basically Launching Its Own City: Here’s What to Expect”, Eater describes the massive development, which will boast at least 25 restaurants and 40 retail shops.  

 

2. EASTERN SPIRITS

Baijiu is a spirit that’s been around forever, but never really broken through in the West. According to Bloomberg, that’s about to change. Put yourself way ahead of the curve by learning about it in “1,000 Year Old Chinese Liquor Wants to Be the New Tequila.”
